Excellent location, silence in the room, good beds, clean room. Stuff are polite and friendly. I needed an iron and an extra blanket, they gave me that 👍🏻 SPA in the hotel is quite good (sauna, steam room, hammam and massage), they gave us a discount. Breakfast is 4/5, just because of small selection of food and that stuff didn’t manage to refill it in time. The hotel has a lift.

I really liked that there were scales downstairs next to the elevator and I was able to weigh my suitcase to the airport and move my things. This is really necessary for a traveler, honestly, this is the first time I have seen scales in a hotel lobby, which I was incredibly happy about! Thank you for thinking about your guests. Breakfast was also fine.

Hotel Review: 8/10 Positives: The hotel presents itself very well, with a fresh and modern interior that adds to the overall experience. A standout feature is the lobby and breakfast lounge, which is a rare and welcome facility for inner-city Istanbul hotels. This comfortable space provides a perfect spot to relax without being confined to your room, adding an extra layer of convenience and enjoyment. Despite some minor room for improvement, the overall atmosphere and amenities make for a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

Great location, near the T1 tram station. Just between Eminonu/ Galata bridge and Hagia Sophia/ Blue Mosque/ Grand Bazar. You can catch ferry nearby and also Marmaray metro. Organized transport from airport to hotel and from hotel to airport is really good option that will save your time a lot! Check out is at 12 (noon) which is great. This was my third time at this hotel and I would choose it again!

This is a historic, heritage protected building in the perfect location for accessing the offerings of Istanbul. Our room was comfortable with a great bed, good bathroom facilities and nice aspect. Room 406. It was a huge array of offerings for a true Turkish breakfast. The staff and manager of this Hotel are brilliant. Whenever you needed any assistance be it booking a cruise on the Bosporus, where to buy groceries, milk for self serve tea or finding our way around they were always there for us.

The location the hotel is excellent. The tram station and other forms of transportation are very close, so you can quickly reach any part of Istanbul an a short time. The hotel rooms, specifically our room, were very comfortable and clean. The offer for breakfast is very diverse, all quests could get something to their taste. The hotel staff is very friendly and accommodating, especially the beautiful young woman named Diana who works at the hotel reception. She is always ready to kindly help and give instructions. Sirkeci Ersu Hotel & Spa will continue to be my choice for staying in Istanbul in the future. I highly recommend it
