Excellent location, silence in the room, good beds, clean room. Stuff are polite and friendly. I needed an iron and an extra blanket, they gave me that 👍🏻 SPA in the hotel is quite good (sauna, steam room, hammam and massage), they gave us a discount. Breakfast is 4/5, just because of small selection of food and that stuff didn’t manage to refill it in time. The hotel has a lift.

I really liked that there were scales downstairs next to the elevator and I was able to weigh my suitcase to the airport and move my things. This is really necessary for a traveler, honestly, this is the first time I have seen scales in a hotel lobby, which I was incredibly happy about! Thank you for thinking about your guests. Breakfast was also fine.

Hotel Review: 8/10 Positives: The hotel presents itself very well, with a fresh and modern interior that adds to the overall experience. A standout feature is the lobby and breakfast lounge, which is a rare and welcome facility for inner-city Istanbul hotels. This comfortable space provides a perfect spot to relax without being confined to your room, adding an extra layer of convenience and enjoyment. Despite some minor room for improvement, the overall atmosphere and amenities make for a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

Location is perfect. Short walking distance to Topkapi, BlueMosque, Haga Sophia and Cistern. Very close to Tram which in no time takes you to Taksim Square, The Palace and Galata Tower. Christina and her colleague are exceptionally helpful. I recommend to ask them about the evening Dinner and show cruise on the Bosphorus. They will also help for any other requirements.

Great location, near the T1 tram station. Just between Eminonu/ Galata bridge and Hagia Sophia/ Blue Mosque/ Grand Bazar. You can catch ferry nearby and also Marmaray metro. Organized transport from airport to hotel and from hotel to airport is really good option that will save your time a lot! Check out is at 12 (noon) which is great. This was my third time at this hotel and I would choose it again!

.The location is perfect and central, making it easy to explore the city’s main attractions. Despite its central position, the hotel is peaceful and quiet, ensuring a restful stay. The beds are comfortable, providing great sleep quality, and the highlight of the hotel is the extraordinarily friendly and helpful staff, who go above and beyond to assist guests.

Staff were all really friendly Its right next to gulhane station Breakfast was enough to fill you up & you can make a hot drink or get water throughout the day from the reception area.
