The location in the Sultanahmet Old Town is very near Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque and Topkapi. The hotel is right on a tramline and very close to Galata Bridge, the ferries in Eminönü and the underground Marmaray subway line - makes traveling around the city easy. The bathroom is small but with a big shower space and excellent hot water and water pressure. Breakfast is quite good - many choices, especially with vegetarian dishes - the hotel serves real drip coffee, unlike many hotels in Turkey that serve Nescafe. Much of the food is made in-house by staff like our Georgian friend Maida. Unlike many places, tea, coffee, juices and water are available for free in the lobby throughout the day. Kristina from Armenia at the front desk was also great. and very helpful Internet and elevator worked well. Room safe is secure. A number of good and cheap places to eat nearby (find Hodjapasha pedestrian street but avoid tourist traps on main street). Unlike many places in Istanbul, sauna and steam room are available free of charge to guests. Massages highly recommended. Bed linens and towels changed more than is usual in this city. Room had airconditioning, but didn't need it. Nice porch to sit outside on next to pedestrian street.

We loved everything about our stay in this hotel. It is literally a few steps away from Topkapi palace wich is insanely beautiful and 10 minutes walk from Hagia Sophia and Blue Mosque. Also very close to Eminomu. Giving the amount of restaurants and shops nearby, it is susprisingly quiet. The staff was super friendly, always smiling and they listened to all our request. The rooms are a bit on the smaller side, but this was not a bother for us as we were on the historical side of the city and it is a known fact that rooms in hisyorical buildings are small. The room were cleaned daily and the towels were change every day. We really enjoyed our stay here and we will deffinetely come back.

I had a brilliant stay there. I liked everything from the reservation desk to the room. Ha! Breakfast was nice. Staff was very friendly and nice. Also, Staff is fluent in English and Russian. So, visitor won’t have communication issues. I am so grateful to Kristina 🌹 she helped me a lot during my visit the city. And guys (I don’t know their names), instantly fixed some stuff. in addition, location is perfect if you’re going to travel throughout the Istanbul. 7 mins to Marmaray station, 3 mins to Gulhane tram station, abt 10 mins to Eminonu tram, ferry, bus stations.

Clean rooms, good breakfast and nice staff. Rooms are smallish as to be expected in a center of any city. The spa is located in the basement, generally open 13:00-23:00 but coordinate at reception. If you plan to use the spa (free for hotel guests) then follow this order: dry sauna, wet sauna, and then the hammam, where you can either bath yourself, or pay for a hammam treatment (soap massage). The hamman is not particularly hot, used mostly for bathing and not as a sauna. There's no pool or hot tub, but there's a dressing room and treatment rooms for paid massages.

It’s a good Hotel - the staff are very friendly and helpful, especially Kristina, if you have problems about your stay at the hotel just go to her she’ll find immediately a solution for you or if you have any questions about your stay in Istanbul she’ll give you very good tips. Room service comes every day - they come in only if you push the button next to the door. Kristina if you see this, we thank you very much
